"To do what we can to restore the balance in nature and to create a better world for us all."

"We will be a Cradle to Cradle certified organisation, with grass covered buildings, generating our own power, with the healthiest and happiest colleagues."

"To be the most thoughtful organisation in the world, giving back to people and planet and contributing positively to the communities in which we operate."

A little bit about the Circular Economy

The bathroom industry is being slow to respond to the circular economy and we want to change that. We want to influence an industry and lead the change by challenging how we design and make for a better future.

We believe that in order for our planet and humanity to survive we must strive towards a world that is truly circular. Where there is no such thing as "waste" and everything is considered a resource.

The Circular Economy removes the concept of waste and instead keeps all resources in use for as long as possible. This starts at the very beginning, at the design phase where products are designed to be reused, repaired, remanufactured and the very last stage is recycling.

You can find out more about the Circular Economy on the Ellen McArthur Foundation and Zero Waste Scotland.

A little bit about Biomimicry

In its simplest form, Biomimicry is when humans look to nature for design inspiration. There is no such thing as waste in nature. And nature is designed to regenerate.

We are inspired by nature and this is why we love biomimicry.

You can find out more at the Biomimicry Institute.
