Mindful Showering
Mindful Showering is a simple and easy way for anyone who needs to relax their thoughts to do so on a daily basis whilst showering. 
 
The practice of mindful showering, aims to encourage everyone to wind down their thoughts when they step into the shower. Our lives are so busy and our brains are subjected to so much each day, that we need to find ways to equip our most complex organ to cope with the demands. In the shower is the perfect place as it's where we have time to ourselves.
 
The bathroom door is locked, we step into the shower and it's when we can utilise the metaphor of washing away our troubles, to actually try to do that. We can completely focus on just being in the shower. Feeling the water. Smelling the soap or shower gel. Washing our hair. Or just standing under the shower head and taking some time out from the world.
Start the day with a clear head or end it feeling relaxed. 
As part of our commitment to 'people', we have goals to donate to mental health charities and will do what we can to encourage everyone to actively practice positive mind health.
