When will I receive my order?

So that we don't make more than we need to, all of our forever products are made to order. You will be advised of timings and exact dates when your order is accepted.

Do you ship internationally?

Until we reach the dizzy heights of doing what we do in other countries, we will offer international delivery. DPD will always be the preferred courier due to their unique tracking. If not available another reputable courier (usually UPS or ParcelForce) will deliver your bathblind.

ROI and Europe - £20

How do I track my order?

You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched so that you can track where it is.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you are delighted with your conscious purchase. However, we do appreciate that sometimes we do change our minds. And as you are buying online, we must honour the distance selling regulations.


But, we want to give you even more peace of mind in case you decide the item you receive just isn't for you.


We will give you 60 days from when you receive your order to return an unused, unwanted Undisturbed product. So that it doesn't go to waste, you must return it in its original condition, in its original packaging. As a startup we're not able to offer free returns yet. 


Disturbed items

Undisturbed products are manufactured to the highest standards in Scotland and are always dispatched in perfect condition. We have a rigorous quality inspection process as we are committed to offering high quality products that last.


However, we are not perfect and sometimes things can go wrong. If your item is faulty or damaged please return it to us. 


In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, it would be very helpful to have a photograph of the damage. Please email photos if you are able to. 

Please return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt to receive a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
